I tried but knew FIOS wasn't available in my area, so I tried anyway and I was right, I don't qualify.

I certainly appreciated that post as I am interested in dumping cablevision.

We have "stalked" FIOS forever! Cable is just so inconsistant and expensive. A few weeks ago we saw them working on it the town over we even stopped and asked them when they were coming to our town - they said they are working on it.

We've had fios in the area for years. I have had their internet and phone since they came here, but i will not go to their TV. I have direct TV with lifetime DVR, so I am sticking with that.
