6/7/11 - It's a double dip DREAM!

I'll be here with you. And go ahead and prepare for my posts to become more and more frantic as the day of approaches! I always forget something, usually something important like the entire stack of MY SHIRTS (!!!) when we went to DW last week. Seriously had to make a quick stop at the Outlets in St. Augustine and I think I bought every tanktop the Gap Outlet had in about 14 seconds.

Hey, we're in St. Augustine right now!!! Great town with lots of pirate stuff! Where's the outlet! Oh my, better not tell me.

We are in St. Augustine enjoying the town! Tonight we head for Downtown Disney.

Had a margarita every night instead of dinner!

Swimming, eating, drinking, we are a very very happy bunch! Ah, what vacation will do to you!

In Palm Coast at in-laws house (1 1/2 hours north of port)..

It's good to be back in FLORIDA!!!

We moved from FL last year and MISS it!!!!

First Disney Cruise. We're going to try the Fish Extenders. We have 11 of us in our family. We are in room 7534. The rest of the group are in ajoining rooms. My father-in-law planned this trip last summer. We started making reservations when he suddenly passed away on Thanksgiving Day. We are looking forward to having a wonderful time and remembering him as well. He took us all to DisneyWorld 10 yrs ago as well. If you see a family eating dinner with a picture frame on the table, then stop by and say hi to his photo. His name is Tom, or 'Grampa.'

Hi all! I'm sorry we didn't get to meet up, the first day was crazy for us getting all settled in. No way could I pull the girls away from the pool at 3:00!
Thanks so much for all of the FE gifts, it was our first time participating and my girls absolutely loved checking the FE's for new goodies. I'm working on my TR now but hope all of you had a great cruise!

We had a blast! I also missed the meet up at currents. I knew the time and place but then 3 came and left and I didn't realize till 5 or so that I had already missed it.
We loved all the FE gifts. Some of you guys are so crafty (not me). It seemed like there was always something in there. My DH asked me, "How many people are in this thing?!" He helped me deliver all our gifts. We did a divide and conquer method. Luckily we only 'lost' 2 magnets. Quite a few got relocated but we got them back.
Can't wait to do this again

Thank you to everyone for our FE gifts. My kids were amazed at how many gifts they got - several each day!

There are some that were marked for the children, but I'm pretty sure Mom is going to be the one who gets to enjoy them!!!

We had such a great time, we booked the Fantasy for next June 16th!!! Got DH HOOKED! lol He LOVED the food--guess the old saying is true about a man and his stomach! LOL

Good morning everyone! This is your cruise director, Kelly.

Back at work this morning and it blows! I need a vacation from vacation! But it was a GREAT vacation. I hope everyone else had as much fun as we did. It was good to meet the few of you at Currents! I almost didn't make it, either. It's hard to stop when there is so much going on but I'm glad I did!

Thanks to everyone for all the FE gifts. My door looked fabulous with all of our magnets, my kids loved all the tattoos, crayons, paper, pirate toys, card games, candy, books, necklaces, glow sticks...oh I know I'm forgetting all kinds of stuff, but know that we love it! And thanks for making the trek to find us in our new room! Especially after I'm sure most of you had to back track.

My biggest lesson this week ---> Pack less. Our biggest suitcase came home with clothes that were never worn. The only good thing about this is I don't have as much laundry to do.
Another thing I learned - you have to have your citizenship docs when you return to port. Yes, one would think that i would know this by now, but I didn't. I was the crazy lady sweating bullets while tossing all of my belongings out of my bags trying to figure out which suitcase our BCs were in. Pretty sure my husband had steam coming out of his ears, too. Which was a neat trick. It made it all worth it when the man checking said citizenship just barely looked over everything and ushered us on through. No lie. Not even sure if I had even shown him everyone's before he moved us through.

Now let's everyone compare notes!

Was that you in the port around 7:45 scrambling in the suitcase? If not, you weren't alone. I did see someone frantically looking through their suitcase but I must have missed the steam coming from your husband's ears....

We also had a wonderful cruise and we'll be on the Dream again next year, June 10th double dip!

We made it home last night after driving 10.5 hours. Then we had frozen pizza for dinner........
