It came in the regular mail today - but there was only paperwork for ONE room! At least it was the one w/my name on it!

I am NOT volunteering, I am just wondering what that entails. I'm merely curious. I actually saw someone did a PRE-trip report. I did not read it but was mildly interested. Then I got navigated around somewhere else and lost track of where I'd seen it. I tell you, these boards are confusing!
