6/7/11 - It's a double dip DREAM!

:cool1:
Welcome!

We also did Budget last year which is right across from the Port and they do have a shuttle.

I have a 9 year old boy also, we might want to exchange emails so the boys could get to know each other before the cruise. That way they feel a little more comfortable in the kids club. Let me know.

Here is an updated spreadsheet. If there is anything you need me to add, please send me a PM.

That sounds good.

I can't PM until I've reached 10 posts (even made me cut the URL to the spreadsheet when quoting you because I don't have 10 posts.) :confused3 Send me a PM w/ e-mail address and I'll reply back w/ my e-mail address.

Please add me to the FE exchange. I will have to post my stateroom at a later date as I am waiting on a call back from my travel agent. This will be our first Disney cruise, and we are so excited!

We live in Georgia. What other info do you need for the spreadsheet?

We are doing budget as well. We'll come in the day before the cruise. To get there the same day, we'd have to leave AZ at about 3 am. With a preschooler? No thanks! :)

Hi and Welcome! The only information I need for the FE is your cabin number. All other information is optional like dinner seating and arrival date.

Thanks.

Spreadsheet update....

Here's more information on us..... I can't PM yet :guilty:

Our cabin # is 9116 and we're on the 2nd dinner seating (not sure if that's E, M or L ??) and we're arriving in Orlando on 6/6/11.

Thanks so much! Can't wait!

Thought I posted already, but I may not have given enough info:
It's me and my DH: Ben and Dana, from Brookhaven, MS, 2nd Disney cruise, cabin 6612, 2nd seating dinner. We'll be arriving at WDW on June 4th--staying at OKW. I've never done the FE before, so we'll join in!

Looks like our cruise is completly sold out, was unable to bring up at all on the website.

I'm not gonna lie - that scares me a bit!

ETA - HOLY COW! I just saw my timer and we're only at 4 and a half months! Woo Hoo!

I just got a call back from my travel agent. We are in stateroom #7566. Are we going to wait to see how many people sign up before deciding on the particulars of the FE exchange?

It is my understanding that yes, we are waiting until about 3 months out to cut off and figure out the particulars.

Me too! Pretty sure I've been on sold out ships before, but still...never on a cruise with this sort of price tag...

We've only ever cruised in the "off season", never in the summer months (dang school!) so we're not used to being that crowded.

Hopefully, it won't be too bad...my boys were "too old" to go with us when we finally decided to take our first Disney cruise a few years ago and I remember being in the terminal with all of the kids and the energy they were expending :scared1: and thinking oh, crap, we have messed UP! (that was a spring break cruise) Once on the ship, everyone disbursed and it was a great cruise...never experienced crowds.

I'm just going to keep thinking positively and I am sure we'll all have a wonderful time! I mean, CC TWICE!? I'm so ready!

Hi
We have been on Sold Out cruises before.
No need to panic or worry!
A crowded DCL ship is never ever as crowded as a Summer day in MK in WDW!
The crowds disperse well on the ship!
A lot of the kids end up joining the Clubs adventures and keep themselves occupied.

There might be some cabins available after all deadlines for final payments are due!
Some people wait till the last possible moment to cancel before the penalties kick in.

About FE
So far we do not have a huge group for FE .
I would think anything between 25-40 cabins are very doable.
Once it goes behond 50 maybe we can consider splitting in two?

So cool all the pictures and preview videos on you tube!

It will be a fun cruise!

Big Ed
