Well, I had a blast last night at Haunted Mansion Closing, so I thought I'd go out and look for some more tonight. As it turns out, I was journeying for quite a while. Is this a new form of illness that is striking Dis? PirateEmery for the 10'o'clock/1'o'clock news investigates.
Where would be a fun place to party? How about... a parade? So I go off to Main Street to see the parade has already left. Bummer. So I ask the residents of the area. I am greeted... with a impersonal 'hii'. Now, I do not like these 'hii's and think they ruin the party style, so I move on.
Before I head off to Mickey and Walt, I realize the bugs from the new POTC are running rampant. You see here as Reporter PirateEmery storms down Main Street as Godzilla. Fear the ugly reporter costume!
I make it to Walt and Mickey only to be greeted with another 'hii'. I guess it is off to Haunted Mansion, my failsafe.
What is it here? Haunted Mansion, usually bustling at this time (9:55 pm PST), is a Ghost Town. Where to next? The next obvious place:
The New Pirates Game. Just come out, it must be home to a very happening pirate party! Lo and behold, all I got was a jumbled up 'I hate the new game'. This cramped my style so I made like Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan and went to the next happening place.
The other popular Pirate Venue. I had my two pirate hats at the ready! I ask about the party. I get a not-very-enthusiastic 'yea'. Party? What party? It is seconds before closing and I have to find somewhere.
So I go home. About thirty seconds until closing, so I dance. Alone. What fun is this? So, Special Reporter PirateEmery goes off on the hunt for his last party venue:
The Map Screen. This was PirateEmery, reporting. Over to you, Smith... or Smithy.
