My boys and I did the Stingray City excursion in Grand Cayman last year and loved it! I think we may go back again...

I did that a couple years back with my sister, cousins, and aunts on a "females only" cruise- we had an awesome time- it was one of my favorite experiences of all time. I tried to "re-create" the experience on Castaway Cay on our last DCL with DH and DD- it wasn't as nice. DD(5 yo at the time) freaked out, and wouldn't even touch the water- and DH wasn't impressed.

We are just going to go the beach. Paradise beach in Cozumel & 7 mile in Grand Cayman. Was considering renting a car to see the island until I read the post about what happened to another family after renting a car in Cozumel.. YIKES.

I recently booked on the cat 12 hot deal. Our kids are older, but they just can't get enough of these cruises (ages 15 and 20) so here we go again.

I am super excited to say that I will be joining you all on this cruise. I got the most awesome deal ever and had to jump on it!
It will be:

Me--Tonya--28
DS--Zane--7 (will be 8 two days after we get off the ship)
Abilene,Texas

We were originally booked on the 8/15 cruise and had to change because Zane changed to private school and that will be his first week of school. So we changed to a RCCL springbreak cruise out of Galveston because DCL was way to high for anytime we could go. Yesterday for some reason I just felt the urge to go to my TA's website and check prices for DCL and boy was I shocked when I found the pricing for this cruise. I figured it was a mistake but called anyway. Yesterday they only had May 30th so I took that but told him to keep checking for this one. Today I got the call!!! Ok...enough of that, sorry I am just so excited.

Nikki---HI, I remember you from the 8/15 cruise!

I also see a few of you are from TX, are you all driving or flying? I am thinking of driving for my first time.

Fish Extenders---I have seen these mentioned but I don't know what they are??

I am super excited too and I hope we end up with an active group. I have been on 1 Disney cruise (7 nt eastern in Sept '07) and we had a really active DIS group. It was nice we had a meet on the 1st day and a lunch together on one of our sea days. It was really neat running into "friends" on the ship. We had a lot of fun.

I definately want to get to know everyone in our group!! We are so excited also. This will be our second DCL- we went in Sept 07, we did an Eastern- and had such a great time. We took my nephew- so it was a little different experience for us- because we have an only child- we were gone for 2 weeks- as we did Disney for a week, then the Disney cruise. We just want it to be us this time.

We're on board. Me, DH, DS9 and DD 6. This will be our 3rd cruise. We were actually scheduled for a Jan 09 cruise but we were able to get a better military rate for the 6-13 cruise.

My DS will be turning 8 two days after we get off the cruise so he should be in the group with your DS9. I have read you can move up if you are within a month of your birthday. Maybe we can "introduce" the two ahead of time. We did that on our last cruise and it worked great.

LOL...It goes fast huh? We are in Abilene, probably never heard of it unless you have been through Dyess AFB. It's about 220 miles west of the DFW area.

My husband spent 2 years in San Antonio at Ft. Sam from 2004-2006. We made a gew trecks to Texas but not to Abilene.

Hello! I keep saying I am done but I keep adding on. Did you see the news on the homepage about the one of a kind DCL offer that will be announced on 12/10? I am dreaming it's something really good, I have been thinking about booking the 6/6 Eastern to tag onto this one or the 6/21 Wonder cruise. I have always wanted to do a back to back. Maybe it's a 2 for 1 deal Ok back to reality maybe at least a % off if you book another cruise.

I too thought I was done but thanks to Amazon's toy prices continually dropping, I guess I'm not. And it doesn't help that I got a deal a few months ago offering free Prime - two day shipping. I can't take the stuff home yet so my office at work is beginning to look like a stock room.

We'll be there. We were going to go on a 3 night at Thanksgiving but with the prices out there, who wouldn't want to cruise for 7 nights???

There will be 6 of us but only DW and I have cruised before. As you can see by my sig we are typical Disney Fans so this will be a new Disney experience for the kids.
