5th floor at WL Villas?

I requested a high floor WLV, pool view. Are all the 1br 5th floor rooms with the solid balconies? I would rather not have this. I had one at the WL and the kids couldn't see out. I was always worried that they would try to climb up to see. If they are solid on the 5th floor, which is the highest floor with the best view for a 1br?

We are leaving in 11 days for our first trip to WDW. We are staying in a 1 bedroom at the WLV also. I was just wondering if there is anything in particular that I should request or do at check in. I will have 2 little ones with me (4 and 20 months). Thanks! Lynn
