5th and 8th grade promotions

We were supposed to be in Disneyland in a couple of weeks celebrating my daughter's birthday and her 5th grade graduation/promotion along with my son's 8th grade graduation/promotion. Any ideas of what to do for a at home celebration which is not a party with friends?
