I just heard back from George. I'm posting his reply to show just how wonderful this company is to work with.

I checked with Iain our property manager. He informed me that we did
replace the cookware in March 2012 after your visit, thank you for letting
us know! However, to be certain, he will check the current condition at
property turnover and let us know. If it needs to be replaced, we will do
so before your arrival, and if you find anything missing or such while
onsite, you can let us (or Iain) know and we will make it right. We're
pretty good about keeping up on maintenance, and we pretty much always
replace something when a guest provides feedback like you did. That's why
we send out the surveys and such, as the people who would know best what the
home needs are the ones staying there for a week, when the cleaners and
manco come in, they do their best but they are only there for 4-6 hours or
such, so they might not notice the condition of something like cookware, or
a missing kitchen item. (The darndest things seem to end up missing too!).
He will also check the size of the coffee filters for us, and I will let you
know about both.

something is missing or anything needs attention, it's our goal to make the
home 100% awesome so you can enjoy your vacation and not worry about
anything!
