5k-Monorail

We are staying at the Polynesian for the 5k. Can we ride the monorail to Epcot or are they only doing buses?

They tend to use buses for the 5K and 10Ks. I would double check with the front desk before the race though.

For Princess, at least, the monorail is only used for the Half.

Transportation Hours for Walt Disney World 5K
Bus Transportation:4:00 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. & 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Participants must board a bus no later than 4:30 a.m. in order to make it to their corrals on time.

Transportation Hours for runDisney Health & Fitness Expo
From Host Resorts to Expo: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Transportation from Expo to Host Resorts concludes at 7:30 p.m.

Transportation Hours for Walt Disney World 10K
Bus Transportation:3:30 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. & 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Participants must board a bus no later than 4:00 a.m. in order to make it to their corrals on time.
