I have 597 points available for rent. 350 of the points are elgible to be transfered to another member.

Members! - 350 points can be transfered and would be a great way to secure a Christmas reservation at VWL for 2006!!!! The use year ends December 2006 - but can be banked to Dec 2007.

$10 / point.

Home resort is VWL. So reservations at VWL can be made 11 months prior. Or at any resort 7 months out.

I've rented some of our points twice before.
The terms are:
20 % down when the reservation is confirmed
The remaining balance is due 40 days prior to the first day of the reservation.

Payment preference is a cashiers/certified check.

We are looking to rent a one bedroom or a two bedroom, depending the availabilty, for December 7th or 8th through the 18th of 2006. Also I would like to know whether a one bedroom or a studio is available for March 8 - 15, 2006. All of the above at the Wilderness Villas.

WDWFANBETH - There is a 1 bedroom available at Wilderness Villas for March 8-15. It would be 270 points. If you are interested in booking this send me an email. A reservation for December 2006 can not be made until January - but I could help you out with that also. A 2 bedroom for Dec 7-18 would be 454 points. A 1 bedroom would be 340. If it was the 8th-18th it would be 30 and 22 points less respectively.
