51 points avail 3/01/05 for rent

I have 51 points we will not be able to use before expiration date (2/28/06), and would like to rent them out. They are available for reservations after 3/01/05.
25 are 2005 points, available for rent or transfer.
26 are banked 2004 points available for rent only.
Prefer to only have 1 transaction, but I'm flexible!

I would be interested in using 48 points if there is availability for a 1 BR at the Beach Club Villas checking in for 2 nights on Sunday, November 21, 2004 and departing on Tuesday, November 23, 2004. If you could check as to availability, that would be great. Thanks. SMM
