It is in the spell room but you need to get a bag and go to one of the magic platforms. I had to go back and it was on the Yellow platform.. You can't see it but when you use magic you get the credit for finding it.

Actually in it is in the doorway in the spell room to the left of the screen. It is buried in the corner but you can see a piece of the gold ear sticking out. Hope that helps!

you can actually walk into that room without doing one of the spells, but like they said, the mickey is just barely peeking out where you can step on it.
I did notice that in one of their shutdowns yesterday, they started moving the mickeys a bit further out of hiding so you could see them better.
