Does any one know if Mickeys Mart the new discount store in DTD,
is also selling the 50th anniv items also?

Mickey's Mart??? Where is this in DTD?!?!?! Is this the place that everything is $10 or less? If so, they didn't have anything there the first week in April, but they had just started to put merchandise in the regular stores then.

I walked throught there tonight because of your question. I didn't see any 50th anniv. merch in the $10 store. There was a display in the window of the World of Disney of all the merchandise.

Good gracious - i will shop anywhere that has a MART at the end of it.

I am so gonna check that place out. (i love a bargin!!!!)

I don't think it is worth a special trip unless you have children and that would make it easier.

The merchandise there is no different than what you get at the other stores only it is only things under $10. The merchandise is not discounted in any way. If you were to buy something there or at World Of Disney, you would pay the same thing.

thanks Feralpeg - good to know. i got all excited there thinking i was going to save myself a trip the the character outlet store at Belz.

it still might me a nice place to check out for cheapie gifts for friends back home though. all the inexpensive stuff is in one spot.

I think the cheaper stuff looks even cheaper in the store. It's very crowded most of the time.

Did you happen to take a picture? I would like to make my shopping list of 50th souvenirs before we go...so I can shop quickly and not have to spend as much time browsing and deciding. I know I'm getting the gold Mickey Ears, and the new CD.

I've never heard of this store. I bet it will make shopping with the children easier! Where is it in DTD? Did they close something else or just build a new store?
