50th anniversary and character dining

I was looking at things to do for the 50th and it seems like other than food, merchandise and the beacon lighting at night, there's just a few shows and meeting Mickey in his 50th outfit in MK? My understanding is that Harmonious and Kite Tales are going to last past the 50th and no other characters greet guests in their 50th outfits. Am I correct?

Also, does anyone know what character dining is like for dinner at Chef Mickey's right now? Are they coming to each table to take photos with guests? It seems like most other character meals are still suspended, especially dinner ones.
