If you had to pick out of the 3 of them and have 2 kids ages 9 and 11..which one would u do without a doubt that u think they would enjoy the best..and which has the best food?? I have ressies for 50's PT and Sci-Fi but im really wanting to try WCC and i would have to cancel one to add it in..Not sure what to do??

In order, I would pick Sci Fi and then 50's Prime Time. You could not pay us to go back to WCC (DH got sick on the meat in the skillet) and the service was awful (2 hours and we never even order dessert). We love the atmosphere at Sci Fi, although the food might be a tad better at 50's Prime Time (we've not been to 50's in about ten years).

My vote is for Sci-Fi - good food and atmosphere. I would not go back to WCC - food was blah, bad service and long wait.

50's PT first for a balance of fun atmosphere and good food. DW and I enjoyed WCC and have not had a negative experience there.

50's PTC is my favorite out of those three. I think the food and atmosphere is the most fun.

My vote is for th 50's ptc...hands down!! I love this place, atmosphere, family fun, and b&w tv, cant get any better!!! The place is just fun all around! Make sure ya take pics at moms table, in moms kitchen!!! Keep your elbows off the table, and eat all your veggies or there will be trouble!!!LOL!!
I love this place..if i get to open my restrant, I want it to be just like this place!!! Your kids will love it! The food is soooooooooooooo good!
The sci fi has a good atmosphere, however the food is blah, its not good home cooking its like counter service stuff!! And wcc...the food is also good, and depending on the waiter, depends on the fun ya have!!lol
We been to wcc twice, and loved that too!! Clean ya plate, ask for pepsi, wear a t shirt or hat from sea world or something, ask for ketchup, and a bigger straw!!! Just some things to get the wait staff going!! :)
We been to ptc 3 times, and last time it was hubbys bday. He got sang to by his cousin(not really) but it was sooo funny!! Its even funnier to watch other families get tormented a bit..lol!! You have to go to see!! Love it! :rotfl:

Oh, this is a tough one.

My boys were about the same ages as your kids when we went to Sci-Fi. It's a wonder they were able to get the food into their mouths since they were staring at the giant movie screen. Back then, their food was served on a take home glow in the dark frisbee. Do they still offer that?

50's Prime Time is fun too! The servers are a riot and there are things to keep them busy - the tv's or activity sheets. My kids loved the glowing ice cubes! (additional cost of course!)

Find a menu on each place and decide what appeals to the family.

Have a magical trip!:wizard:

50s Prime Time, I won't eat at ScFI after the last trip and finding a foreign object on my burger. WCC is just OK, but not really worth the trouble to get there. I've been eating at the 50s Prime Time since it opened in 1989 and have never been disappointed with a meal here. It's a family favorite and we eat here about 10 times year (sometimes more).

We ate at all three on our last trip in December.

50's Prime Time was our favorite of the 3. The atmosphere was fun. My DH kept getting in trouble by our waitress and the kids absolutely loved that. They don't pick on kids there, just the adults (per our waitress). The fried chicken (4 huge pieces - plenty to share) was delicious.

We enjoyed WCC also. Our server was great. My DH asked for a fork and they brought him a 3-4 foot fork. It was great for photo ops. The food was pretty good here. We each got the skillet. We're from Texas and love BBQ. It wasn't as good as BBQ back home, but none the less, it was good.

We liked the atmosphere (movie) at Sci-fi, but it was rather dark to eat. We didn't care for the food there much. I doubt we will return there unless we can't get ressies somewhere else.

Have a great trip!

Sci-Fi. My boys were about that age when we ate there on our last trip....They still talk about how fun it was to eat in a classic car! We went for lunch and the food was just fine. It's not anything spectacular but the atmosphere can't be beat!

My kids both love Sci-Fi, so much so that we had to add it at the last minute. I think they like the atmosphere. The food this time was poor at best. I had a burger, and it was very average; not much better than a McDonald's 1/4 pounder. My dad really didn't like his chicken sandwich. My wife said the Reuben was just OK. Service and atmosphere was fine. If you consider it, try going for lunch (served until 4 PM); it's cheaper and the menu has more sandwich options.

The kids (same ages as yours, BTW) also like WCC. It gets pretty rowdy and kids tend to like that.

It's been years since I have eaten at Prime Time Cafe. The wife and daughter ate there in 2006 and really liked it. I'm not sure how much of the kitsch the kids would get.

1. WCC
2. 50s PTC
3. Sci-fi

50's Primetime and Sci-Fi are 2 of my very favorite WDW restaurants!!!! Fantastic food and atmosphere at both. I don't understand all the negative posts about the food at Sci -Fi - We've had burgers (:thumbsup2), reubens, and ribs there and they've all been very good. The milkshakes are excellent too! 50's has delicious food and a really fun setting!! Both are winners in my book and must be booked for every trip!!:goodvibes

My kids love WCC! Fun atmosphere and the food was great! They didn't really care for Sci-Fi. We didn't think it was worth the hype. We're glad we tried it, but I doubt we'll be back. Never tried Prime Time.

50s PT by far. The food is great, as are the atmosphere and prices.

While Sci-Fi was fun, I like 50s PT much better--particularly because of the menu choices. I'd much rather have a big plate of fried chicken or pot roast instead of a sandwich like a burger or reuben.

We think Sci Fi has the best atmosphere and 50's PTC has better food. WCC is one of 3 restaurants at WDW (we've eaten at all but 5) that we have on our do not return list because our last two meals here were awful.
