My DF wants to try this, but the menu worries me. Fried chicken and pot roast, when we could be eating filet mignon doesn't make sense to me. Also, I'm not a big eater and was worrying about mom making me finish my plate(but my DF could finish both our plates). So far I have--

Liberty Tree Tavern
Le Cellier
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Boma

And was thinking of doing Concorse Steakhouse for our final ADR instead of 50's Primetime. We've never done 50's and I was wondering if this is a must try.

hey there, of the restaurants you listed, I've only been to Liberty Tree. It's a really great restaurant though. (my favorite at MK)

as for the Primetime, you and your family would probably love it if it's your first time. I mean, the food's not like out of this world or anything, but it's a fun atmosphere. The waiters/waitresses tease you about finishing your vegetables but they won't force you to do anything you don't want to do. It's all fun and games :) (they tell you to keep your elbows off the table just like mom )

We ate at primetime last time we were in WDW and it was one of the best meals we had, if your not a big eater you can spit a meal and truth me there will be plenty. My DH is not really into anything that embarrasses him, so the wait staff is pretty good at feeling you out, nothing was ever said out of the way to us, none of us finished our meal, we did enjoy watching other outgoing people on display, nothing to worry about. The food was just great when we were there. :thumbsup2

This is a must for me every trip. Last time I had the Pot Roast and it was soooooooo good. I have had the chicken also and it was real good. Did not care for the meatloaf to much was just OK. I had the sugar free CheeseCake and it was excellent. If your not into the fun part they will not give you a problem but this is a place to do at least once. Concourse is very good and to be truefull I liked the steak much better from here then LeCeller's and the service was far more superior over LeCeller's.

I figured I'd be embarrassed enough at the WCC, but if they have a good cheesecake(my fathers favorite), I'll probably leave the ADR. Thanks for the replies. This way, we also won't have to worry about leaving the park to make the ADR.

We had a late lunch at Prime Time right before it was time to leave WDW. My friend and I each had the chicken salad. We were filled but not stuffed - it was good.

I think the food at Prime Time is better than any filet mignon you could get at WDW for the same price. (The really good filet mignon is MUCH more expensive. ) It is the singularly best-themed restaurant at WDW -- it is the restaurant that all other Disney restaurants aspire to in that regard.

I'm from Alabama and I know good fried chicken. 50's has some of the best I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is great fun as well. It's a must do for us..
