50's Prime Time

I think the staff is good about reading who is up for their antics. I guess you could mention it. Just don't try to hide the beans. My daughter is autistic and had her elbows on the table. The waitress told her not to put her elbows on the table but it went over my daughters head. The waitress didn't continue and basically there were no antics at our table which was fine.

I was not allowed to order dessert until I ate my green beans. I covered them with my napkin and was yelled at. I was fed a few forkfulls of the green beans as the rest of my table laughed at me. It was fun though.

We had one guy in our section that had to sing I'm a little teapot (with hand motions) because he kept putting his elbows on the table. There was a lady that had a cell phone ring during the meal and she really got it. :rotfl:

My daughter ratted me out for hiding some veggies. I had to stand in the corner! I think our server knew he could mess with us some because we had been very much a part of the "game" all along.

I forgot to swap out the greens for beans or corn and tried to hide it under a pile of bones. Everyone in our room was told to shake their fingers at me and say "shame, shame, shame" It was not a big deal.

We were there in June and had a blast! DS had to get up and ask another table for their ketchup (because our "cousin" said there was only one bottle per server), and he forgot to push in his chair, so his chair got taken away!!

I so hope we have 'antics' like many of you have mentioned, can't wait for October :goodvibes

You could substitute the greens for corn if need be. If you are not up to the "antics" though, I think you might be better off at another restaurant.

We had Uncle Dave the last time we went there. He was hysterical. It's a little embarrasing but, you will probably never see these people again. My DH is a big eater who finishes everything on his plate. Uncle Dave took my DH's "almost licked clean" plate and started walking around the "kitchen" showing other people saying, "now this is what I want your plates to look like." It was soooo funny!:rotfl:
Have a great time!
