I have booked my last adr for the 50's prime time cafe, mainly because of that wonderfull hot fudge sundae. I am going solo and do not think I would enjoy too much "fun" can you just go in and enjoy watching people on other tables having fun?

Maybe you can get a sunday at the lounge bar? I don't know if they serve desserts/food there or just drinks.

Sure you can. Just let your server know but that might not prevent a little fun from some of the other ones so you would have to keep that in mind and not get upset with the servers - it's part of their job to have that much fun with the customers! :goodvibes

We have been and enjoyed it very much - they interacted with us and other tables around us. We have also seen individuals and families without interaction and my guess is they've asked for their table to be toned down a bit.

Tell them when you check in. Tell them again when they come to take your order and sit back and laugh at everyone else having to eat their vegetables! :rotfl2:

I sure hope you can! If you're going solo after September 21, I'll let you know. That's when I return from my solo trip and I'm eating at 50s Prime Time for the first time.

Ghiradelli's at DTD has the most outstanding sundaes...why not try them for a change? :woohoo:
