They have a lounge/bar area. You MIGHT be able to order one there, but I'm really not sure about that. Otherwise I would imagine you would have to set at a dining table to order one. Someone else may be able to answer this better then me.

Yes you can, my wife and I go the lounge almost every trip and get a milkshake while we're walking around DHS. Enjoy!
