Went to 50's Prime Time Diner this past Sunday. Had an absolutely incredible server (Jan, from Connecticut). She played the role perfectly....had our kids in tears from laughing so hard...especially when she had me stand against the wall, holding a sugar packet with my nose for misbehaving. At one point, she even cracked herself up with what she was fixing to say to my wife...We had an immediate rapport with our server...she knew we would play along...and she really outdid herself.

Wife and I had the pot roast. We thought it was very good. Kids had the fried chicken...was good...large portions.

Monday, we went to EPCOT...ate lunch in Mexico, in order to get the reserved seating for Candlelight Processional.

The atmosphere inside this pavilion is incredible...very beautiful...we even had a waterfront table. The food...average at best...especially when you consider the cost is about 2 1/2 times what you'd pay at a Mexican restaurant in town. Found the service to be lacking also. Would not recommend this restaurant.

We ate here last Thursday. DH had the pot roast - which he liked very much. I had the fried chicken - best I ever had, but my goodness was it a lot of food. I gave the breast to my DH to eat. I believe we had the same waitress. She had my daughter laughing the entire night because she was constanly on my DH for having his elbows on the table. She was also on us and the table next to us for wanting so many refills on our tea. This was a great restaurant - it will be a must do on our next trip!

My wife asked for another drink for our daughter..."Mom" replied "she'll wet her bed..."

My wife said "we're staying in a hotel, what do we care?"

"Mom" almost cracked up over this...

My other daughter was literally in tears from laughing so hard.

The highlight of our trip.

We got the "wet the bed" bit too! What was better than that was when my husband and a lady at the table next to us got up to go the bathroom. She really got on them for that. It was one of my daughter's favorite memories from the trip - her Daddy getting in trouble by our waitress!
