50's Prime Time GF

We are less than a week away from our trip to Disney! My DH and both DSs have gluten sensitivity and we are so excited to eat at Disney!

My question - we can't wait to eat the gluten free fried chicken at 50's Prime Time but I have read you should email/call ahead to let them know you want it. Is this true? If so, does anyone have the email or phone #? Thanks!!

When I went, I contacted them ahead of time but when I got there, the chef didn't know (it was a different person than I spoke to on the phone).. However, there was a lot of options he had for us. I don't remember about the chicken, but he was pretty open to doing anything. I know it doesn't exactly help answer your question, but he was willing to come up with ideas.
