50's Prime Time Fantasmic Package

We have upcoming 50's Prime Time Fantasmic reservation, and I had a couple questions...
With present rules can you
1) If you have someone in party who can't have sweets; will they let you substitute appetizer for a dessert?
2) It states a non-alcoholic drink can you order specialty drink?

Regarding 2, when I look at the Fantasmic Dining Package page it says "along with a nonalcoholic beverage (or alcoholic beverage, for Guests 21 and older)" - so if you're over 21 you should be able to get an alcoholic beverage.

Haven’t heard of any cases where folks could get appetizer instead of dessert on these packages.

Since the appetizers cost almost double what the desserts do, I can’t see them making that kind of substitution. However, considering how many diabetics travel to Disney they may have something they could offer as a substitute dessert. This is a case where I think you should be asking Disney directly what your options are.

You cannot sub apps for dessert, Disney is very strict on this. However, I bet Disney will work with them on the dessert, I would ask about sugar free options.

Most drinks can be ordered on the packages but not all, just have a backup in mind when you ask your server.
