504 Gateway Error

ETA: It is down for Member Services via telephone as well. Systemwide outage.

Was in the middle of modifying a reservation today and got the 7 Dwarves. Now I am unable to get to our Dashboard. I get a 504 error. I can get to the countdown page and it appears can make a new reservation, but can't get to the dashboard to modify. Anybody else having issues?

I am also having issues using site this morning where eveything is slow to point of not being a useable website. I know others have posted about issues for months now but this is worst I’ve had. I was wondering if the launch of genie is slowing everything else and this is going to be new normal for dvc site.

I got the 504 Error yesterday and that was a first for me. I usually get 7Ds but the 504 was new.
Were you able to get what you wanted?

ETA: I was able to get in as my wife but when I try to book starting May 19 it tells me it isn't within my 7 month window.....umm....

ETA2: Able to get in as myself too, just slow. And when I try to modify it it just tells me to select something after Oct. 19, 2021. I am selecting something from May 19, 2021.

I modified an existing reservation at 8AM, & it was down by 8:02 so I couldn't change another reservation.
I do just about everything possible on-line, & the DVC website consistently goes down more than any other. We can only hope that one day they will actually read the responses they get from their surveys , & update the website so this isn't an almost daily occurrence.

Nope, didn't go through.

Looks like they took it offline now so I will keep stalking it until it is back up.

FYI....

7 Dwarfs means there was a random error some sort.

504 Gateway means it couldn't connect to a server at all.

FYI.....Phone systems are down for reservations also

I just tried chat and they are unable to access anything either. They are experiencing a system outage with no ETA for when it will be back up. It is very frustrating.

The little mouse that turns the wheel to make the DVC site work must’ve been reassigned to Genie for launch day.
