$500 Pin Code - Attached to my addy, wrong name UPDATE - HELP!!!

Thats the thing. When I called she told me "Oh yes, there is a code with your name" and applied it to the reservation. I can see the $500 Gift Card on our ressie and everything. So the whole time I thought, it was just associated with our last name. When the card came in the mail it was to the different last name than ours.

Hmmmm I think you might be SOL, I received a 40% off pin in the mail, the first one ever. BUT, my address, not my name. I called and they told me I couldn't use it. It's not like anyone else has ever lived in our house, either , since we had it built and moved in Sept/07. Go figure!
