Arrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!

I am having such trouble trying to get my ADRs this morning. I keep getting this:
Error 500 - Server Error
There was a server error, apologies for the inconvenience.

I KEEP having to log in. I have two so far (of 8). I am SO frustrated...I guess the phone lines open up in 40 minutes but still.....

I too experienced the exact same frustration this morning. It was a vicious loop for about 5 minutes. Finally by 6:20 I was able to make my ADRs for the week and thankfully got everything we wanted! Hope you had the same success (eventually!).

I kept trying the whole hour until it was time to just call them at 7. Soooooooooo annoying. Got everything we wanted except for the F! package, though.

I'm getting the dreaded Internal 500 Server Error this morning (5/17) and it is incredibly frustrating.

I've been at it since 5AM CST and have made 3 ressies in 50 minutes. The phones open in 10 minutes so I guess I'll just wait. Someone's making ressies though because my time options keep changing when I sign back in and get back to the reservation screen. I did manage to get Le Cellier which is the one I was most concerned about but it won't let me get CRT.

Disney's IT department can never seem to keep up.

I am getting this same error message now and have been during the past hour. I can't get anything to go through.

Anyone out there having any luck with it working today?

I couldn't get anything to work online. It would let me thru to the screen to choose my time, but then i would try to submit and it would throw an error. I called and the first time the operator acted like it wasn't going to work either, but i finally got a person and made all the ADRs in less than 15 mins on the phone. Good luck!

Okay - I think I may have a suggestion for those having this problem. I can not make any ressies using Firefox without getting the 500 error. I just tried Google Chrome and had no problems whatsoever. I did not try IE or any others but maybe it's a Firefox issue. Good luck!

I wasn't in Firefox either, but changing browsers is a good thought! Wish I had been that clear headed at 4 a.m.!
