$500 Gift Card Offer

We purchased an add on of 100 points on our cruise in March. There was an offer of a $500 Visa gift card with the add on. Since we financed our add on through DVC they said we would get the gift card after we made four payments. The 4th payment was made on 9/15. We are leaving on 10/27 for WDW and woud like the gift card to offset some of the expenses.

We have made numerous phone calls to DVC and no one can help us?
Has anyone else had issues with getting their gift card?

I took advantage of that offer when I added on in February. I did not finance and I got the gift card in about six weeks.

Same exact thing for us. The card didn't seem to be issued by a bank, had Disney Vacation Club as my name. It has a Visa logo and $500 amount on it. I still have a few dollars left on it. Not sure if the service number on the back can help you at all as it seems it is for lost/stolen cards and balance info. However it can't hurt to call and see if they know where the cards originiate from and if so can you get one quicker than ususal. I know it is a long shot, but it can't hurt. Member services and asked for quality assurance and they let me know that my Visa card had not been issued yet, but if I didn't have it by the end of the 28th to call back and they would check again for me.
