$500 Fee to Save...

I called my bank the other day about refinancing. I was informed for a $500 fee they would lower our rate to the current rate they were offering. My term (remaining years) will be left the same. We will be saving $60 a month for the next 14 years. Comes to about $10,000 savings. I'm so HAPPY I don't have to go through the whole refinance process.

Same thing happened to us but I don't think it was $500 fee. It was great, though. Easy and quick
