Can Make BWV reservations up to 11 months in advance (thru August 2019).

Step One - Send me a Private Message or Post here with the following information:
1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. Three top choices of locations

After I check availability, I will send you an email with the details and total points/total price.

Step Two - Send me a private email with the following information:
1. Full names of all guests and the Ages of the children on date of reservation - Indicate Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss/Master please.
2. Address, phone number, and e-mail contact information
3. Magical Express can be added later (free airport pickup and drop-off), then I will need the flight information
4. Disney Dining Plan can be added later

Step Three – Standard Rental Contract will be used.

Payment terms – this really depends on the date of arrival.
1. Cashiers Check or Money Order or Paypal (bank transfer) (3% added fee for Credit card payment - use PayPal calculator)
2. 50% deposit when you receive the Disney confirmation
and 50% final payment 90 days before check-in

Disney confirmations will be mailed out once a reservation is made and I will be in constant touch with you during the process.

This is for those who want to "plan ahead" for a better deal and know what they want.
Any cancellation would require you to secure someone to take over your reservation.

BWV Lockoff 2 bedroom villa is available in either Pool/Garden or Boardwalk view at 484 points. The standard view only has two nights available.
All BWV Lockoff 2 bedrooms have the 1 king in one room and the 1 queen + 1 full size sofa sleeper + 1 single pulldown (29 x 67) (murphy bed) in the other room + the queen size sofa sleeper in the main room.

Disney does not allow us to plan (or see) more than the 11 month + 7 day window. So to do this you need to consult the 2019 Boardwalk DVC Point Chart and look at your calendar to add the points for each days. August 24-Sept 7 crosses two seasons - Dream Season and Adventure Season. It looks like a Boardwalk Std Studio for those dates is 184 points and Boardwalk Pool/Garden Studio is 236 points. Just so you know securing Boardwalk Standard Studio's is a coin toss as people can start making reservations prior to your dates and there are so few of them (5).

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Is there any chance of checking availability the day our dates become available (I think should be 17th Sept) to stay in the studio standard view to get the best chance of securing a reservation as we are keen to get booked. We have the money waiting.

On Sept 17th - I can see 7 day availability after that date. I can't select August 24th to make a reservation. Only those making a weekly reservation from August 17th-August 24 can select those dates. It is possible people are making reservations from August 17th thru the 24th are reserving those standard rooms as that 7 day window keeps moving forward. It's hard to know.

Sure - we can see how it goes. Right now for the month of August thru 19th - Standard views are available all days.

The 11 month window for any of these resorts will not open till November. My home resort is Boardwalk meaning I can ONLY see Boardwalk availability at 11 months - Disney does not allow us to see other resort availability at the 11 month window. So you would need a Member with HOME resort points for POLY or BLT to see that. Yes I have points available. I hope this helps explain things.

BWV Pool/Garden studio is fully available 5/23-6/04 at 216 pts. Pool/Garden studio is available for all of May and June so far.

For that time period:
BWV Boardwalk view is ONLY available 5/27-6/3
BWV Standard view is ONLY available 5/27-5/29 and 5/30-6/1

I can only make reservations at the 11 month window for Boardwalk ONLY. At this point the 11 month window is 8/28/2019 and Boardwalk has all Studio's available including Standard View.

All the resorts have Studio availability. To secure 11 month reservations - the DVC owner must have Home Resort points for "that" resort you want a reservation at.
