Yes this is correct. The rules of DVC are simple. Only those with Home resort points at THAT resort can make an 11 month reservation - so you need a DVC member with Poly or BLT points. DVC Members can make a reservation at ANY resort up to 7 months in advance BUT anything between 7-11 months requires HOME resort points.

The only DVC member studio availability for 2/16-23 is at SSR which has both Standard view (106 pts each studio) and Preferred (127 pts each studio). ALL the other resorts are booked solid for studio's.

Unfortunately, that is the one resort my DIL does not want to stay at.

Yes, it is Winter break. I will let DS and DIL know that only SSR has availability.

Copper Creek: 90 pts
OKW: 80 pts
BLT Lake view: 108 pts
Poly Standard view:124 pts, Lake 148 pts
AKV Kidani Std: 80, Savannah: 100
AKV Jambo Savannah: 100
BWV Pool/Garden: Missing night of 22nd but available rest of nights.

Yes BWV Pool/Garden still has availability. Though as the 7 month window opens up these are being booked. So I can see dates around May 4 are now gone. The 7 month window is when "everyone" can make reservations. Right now to make a reservation for 5/23/19 only those of us with BWV Home Points can do so. Just trying to help you out.

Hi there! I think we're within the 11 month mark finally, looking for a studio for August 28-Sept 3 for 2 adults 2 kids. Can be a little flexible on dates as long as we are checking out no later than 9/4 and would be willing to do a split stay if needed.
