50 WLV or 50 HH points to transfer only $9.75 pt

My use year is April and these are 2005 points so they are good until March 31st 2006. I only have 50 WLV points but do have more than 50 HH points if needed.

Can you book at other resorts? My husband and I are looking for 36 pts to stay in a studio at BWV Oct 2 - Oct 6.
We have rented before and look forward at staying DVC again (saving our $ so one day we can be members!)
