50 point BWV or BCV resale

Many people are telling me that many of the resale sights dont list all the available properties for sale. How difficult do you think it would be to find a 50 point BCV or BWV with a June UY?

The lower point contracts are more rare, and will go for a higher price more quickly. Add to that smaller resorts (less inventory) with a specific UY, and you're narrowing it down even further. However, it's definitely not impossible.

I would contact the 3 - 4 main brokers, and tell them that you want to be notified (or that you want to immediately purchase) when a 25 - 60 point contract with a June UY becomes available.

If a 25 becomes pops up and you buy it, you can always add the remaining number of points through Dis. Once you close on a resale contract (even 25 points), you're considered a member, and Dis doesn't charge closing costs for add ons. Even though you'll pay more $ per point for your add on, it will be cheaper than paying closing costs through resale again. Plus, all of your points will be at the same resort, with the same UY.
