Just got an email from HoJo's. 50% off select dates in July, Aug and Sept.

JULY: 29, 30, 31
AUGUST: 1, 3, 4, 8-10, 16, 17, 21-23, 27, 31
SEPTEMBER: 1-6, 17, 27-30

Just call the hotel and ask for the Super Family Rate

You must present a copy of the email at check in.

I got the e-mail too, so I called them and waited on hold for 10 mins or so. They had 2 of our 3 nights still available, so I've ended up saving $120 compared to our original reservation!

I just got the email too and now I'm second guessing my dates. I'm open to going for any 2 days in August and I had chosen Aug.25 and 26, but now I see on the email that these are 2 of the very few days that the discount does not apply. Does this mean its sold out and is going to be really busy? I thought because of it being the Mon and Tuesday during the last week of August it shouldn't be that bad? Is there something else going on then?

No, I don't think it's because they're sold out. They have Aug 21-23rd on the e-mail, but when I called, they didn't have the 22nd any more. If you're planning to stay there, you should call them soon and see what dates are still available.

Maybe people coming down for the marathon weekend, like us. We are staying at Hojo in a kids' suite from August 25-31st. I didn't get the email but with only one night included, and we already had a 20% discount, it doesn't bum me out too much.

The 50% off rate doesn't apply to suites anyway, so you're not missing out on anything.

Do you have to receive the email to get the discount? We are on their email list, however we were only set to receive AP related emails (I've changed it to all emails now).

We just booked 3 nights in September at the AP rate, but didn't realize there was an even better rate. This will be our 7th stay here in the last 3 years. Love the hojo and would love the better rate! Might even be able to stay an extra night if we get the discount.

Why don't you call them? The email does say that you have to bring a opy with you but since you're already on their distribution, they may do it. They seem to be incredibly accommodating.

I called and saved ~$120 today and they could not have been nicer.

If I wasn't convinced before (and I was pretty confident in my decision to stay here), I certainly am now.

Good luck!:yay:

You're right, can't hurt to call! :thumbsup2

I'll report back later with the results.

weird- I had signed up for the Anaheim HoJo's email list months ago at their site but didn't receive it. Oh well -our dates aren't covered anyway but I'd love to be on the list in case they open up some dates in Oct or Nov.
