50 Hidden Mickey quest question

I found all 50 and got a link to a "special prize" which is a voucher that it had me print out. Luckily I am going to Disneyland next week I can't believe the timing! Stuff like this never works out for me. With my luck, usually I would just get home from DL and get something like this.

It is a voucher for a Golden Show Designer Collection Card..

um...what's that?

I tried to search, but can't seem to get it to work. Is this a common card? What exactly am I getting? Any help would be great!! I'm like a little kid in a candy store and I have no patience to wait and find out
