$50 Coupon from DisneyShopping?

I placed an order a few weeks ago during the coupon promo (spend $100, get a coupon for $50 emailed to you) and I thought the coupon was supposed to come this week. Did anyone get it? Thanks!!!
 
I still have not gotten mine either. Someone on another board had talk to cs and they said if you did not have it by today to call them. I sent them off an email last night but have not heard back - I really want to place an order!
 

I just emailed customer service via the website, so I'll let you know what they say...

I called and they said not to worry until Aug 14 - they are sending them out as fast as they can
 
Here's the response I got from Customer Service:

We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused. We are
pleased to inform you that we are sending out the coupons you inquired
about through the week of the 14th to 18th of August.

The last email I got was they were supposed to arrive by the 14th. I emailed them again yesterday and today - no response. If we only have until the 20th to spend the money, I hope they get here soon!!!
 
I called Guest Services last night (for the 3rd time) and was told that since they had so many orders they were sending them out in 2 waves and that the second wave was going out starting yesterday. I still have not received mine. I asked if the expiration date was still going to be the 20th and she said yes but that may change if they do not get all the coupons out timely.
If I dont have it by tomorrow morning I am going to call back and ask for a supervisor.
 
I just got off the phone with a guest services supervisor and he told me that there was a glitch in the system and the not all emails went out properly and some people got the incorrect coupons. He stated that all coupons will be delivered by Friday and that they will be extending the expiration date. He was not given an exact date but believes it will be 8/27. I hope I get mine soon as I am leaving on vacation and will have little access to my email or shopping online.

I hope I get mine soon also we are leaving for the world next Friday and would love to shop and have something before we leave. good luck enjoy your vacation :sunny:
 
They continue to have this same problem every time they do this particular promotion, you would think they would work out the kinks before the would offer it again.
 
I'm in the same boat -- I was planning to place an order to arrive before we leave on Sept. 2. Maybe if they actually get the coupons out tomorrow, I'll make it!
 
Not me :( I think they should double it since they're about 2 weeks late! :rotfl:
 
I emailed them AGAIN this evening, but haven't heard back. Does anyone have a phone number for customer service? I will give them a call tomorrow. I wouldn't have placed such a large order initially if I had known the coupons were coming out so late (if they send them at all!) -- I was planning to order and receive our stuff before we leave for Disney on the 2nd. Now I'm thinking that's not going to happen!

Although I've been patient (kind of), I finally emailed them again today and signed my email seriously annoyed. And what do you know happened? I received my coupon about two hours later. YEAH!

Hopefully everyone else will get the coupon soon...I know I was worrying because I leave on Monday the 21st, so I need to get my order in ASAP. And FYI...my expiration date is still the 20th, go figure...
