5 weeks to make reservations

We are thinking of doing a trip to disney in 5 weeks. We would do free dining. What can we expect in terms of making reservations? Is everything totally booked for 8/26 to 9/3?

The popular restaurants will certainly be booked. But you can see if there are some out there that you like.
