Booked this ticket with TCD as part of a flight/Univeral Studios hotel package. Advised that would get the actual ticket and not a voucher (to be redeemed at the park when you get there). On the info that came through with the invoice, it says that TCD issue vouchers. So a little confused - I am thinking that the Flexticket may be the exception to the general rule, as I know it's only available to UK residents. Which is correct - must say didn't feel 100% confident in the TCD booking agent (though she was nice enough)

Never been with TCD before however the last time we bought tickets with Virgin they were vouchers not the actual tickets.

As for Flexticket being for UK visitors only, MapleLeafTickets in Kissimmee where we buy our Disney passes from sell them, so I am not sure that is correct.

I've been with travel city direct for the last three years and i have always recieved vouchers that you exchange for your tickets once you get to the theme park hope this helps

Thanks for your replies. Rang up TCD today to check as my main concern was that we're not planning on hiring a car and if we had to pick them up at TCD offices somewhere, we might lose precious time in the park. TCD said that they have new contract and by summer, should be issuing tickets and not vouchers - worst case scenario is that we would pick up at Universal park, which shouldn't be too much of a problem.

As we intend to use a towncar again for transfers, would be grateful for any feedback re buses to the parks from Universal - I know there are shuttles - we are planning on Seaworld and Wet n Wild and Busch. Does the Busch Express give you enough time in the park - don't mind setting off early and leaving late.

At the moment you get a voucher that you exchange, (but as they said this may change) but this can be exchanged at the parks. If you are staying at a Univerisal hotel, you can also exchange it at the concerige dek before going to the parks.

Interesting TCD are planning on issuing tickets rather than vouchers, I hate wasting anytime on swopping them at the gate!

AS we'll be staying at the Royal Pacific, it's good to know we can get them before we head to the park, if necessary. We too hate wasting time.

Anyone been on the bus, the Busch Express to Busch Gardens who can advise on whether you have enough time in the park - would hate it to come back too early.

We used the Busch Gardens Express in August, 2005. You only arrive at the park at approximately midday and at this time the queues for the big rides were quite long. However, at about 4pm the park seemed to empty and we virtually walked on all of the rides that we had not been on. We are returning to Florida in August and we will be using the bus service again.

What time does the bus leave on the return journey? What dates in August did you go and did you feel that you needed another day to do everything?

Thanks
