5-Night Western Caribbean on the Wonder--March 6, 2015

Could not find a cruise thread on this cruise..was wondering if anyone else will be joining us? I'm going through that nervous phase after making a big purchase but I am super excited. It will be our first cruise with the whole family. My DH and I did a Disney cruise last May but now we are bringing kiddos (DD--16, DD--7, DD--4 but celebrating a birthday on the cruise!!). Would love to meet some fellow passengers joining the fun on the Wonder!!

Just booked this cruise, we too are excited. Just off the Fantasy, March 1-8 and have been wanting to get back on board ever since. This will be our 2nd Disney Cruise for all 5 of us, my DW and our 3 DD's (13,12,& 9)

Yay! I was getting nervous no one else was joining, but it still 11 months away. Nice to meet a fellow parent with 3 daughters. I was worried dropping down from our last year's 8 night cruise to a 5 night but the itinerary still has a nice 2 days at sea and the stop at CC. Can't wait!!

Sometimes good things are short lived! , had to cancel due to conflicting dates for one of our DD's competitions that requires long distance travel. May have to look at other dates.

We are a party of 5 from Tennessee. I will be traveling with my granddaughter. Her other grandmother and aunt and nephew will be in the adjoining cabin. Grand Cayman has been on my bucket list for a long time and we are all excited about the trip. The kids will be on spring break so they don't have to miss school.

Great to meet you! That's what we are doing too..adjoining cabins. The bathroom was going to be a little crowded with all 5 of us in one room. Anyways I'm sure some others will join in soon. I pm'd about adding this thread to the cruise meets earlier on but never got a reply. I'm assuming there wasn't much conversation in this thread to warrant the add so..hopefully with fingers crossed.

Hi! We may be joining you on this cruise. I'm 90% sure we will be booking this on our next cruise in 2 weeks. It will be my dd 13 and I. It'll be my 7th Disney cruise and my dd's 5th.

Just got off the Wonder this morning....great trip so we booked this one while on board. Only miss one day of school.....already so excited......great shows, great service, great ship. Fun for the kids, fun for the parents (us) and was fun for the grandparents. Now I need to get some rest.....

I was so excited when I read your post. I have only been on the Dream and am hoping that I will not be disappointed with the Wonder after cruising on the Dream. We will have three generations on this cruise and my granddaughter and nephew will also only miss one day of school. I can't wait for Grand Cayman and CC. What was the itinerary for the cruise that got off of this morning?

The Wonder is more intimate than the Dream, but she's just as beautiful with many fun things to do, and great crew members. I love the Wonder and would never hesitate book. Matter of fact, 12 more days till our Cruise to Nowhere on the Wonder! So excited and can't wait!

Has anyone been on the DCL site lately to book this cruise or check out prices? I'm noticing once you select a stateroom category, the itinerary adds in Key West on the sea days, but doesn't have a ashore or onboard time. I wonder if it will be stopping in Key West at least 1 day?! Hmmmm.......

Starting to work on the magnets now. Anyone else working on them yet? We need some new ideas, we are running out of new things to do.

Welcome! I'm sure your daughter won't be sad she'll be off another week! I booked since this is the tentative spring break for my dd, with the exception of having to pull her out 2 days early. I hope her date doesn't change since she will be in 8th grade and she can't afford to miss too much school for vacation. No magnets yet for me. We have 2 upcoming cruises on the Wonder, then I'll be thinking of this cruise.

I'm actually in love with DCL! My favorite! I've cruised the Wonder the most since it's the only ship that comes to the West Coast. The only ship I haven't been on is the Dream. When I finish with my work, I'll get busy making a FB page.
