I thought they had 4 calories each. At 260 calories a bag with approx. 60 m&ms per, the majority of them were blue. I actually did a marketing study on perception and used about 30 bags of m&m's. Most people thought that brown was the most common color. And yes, I ate them.
I looked online and it says it is 4 calories per plain M&M. 10 M&Ms would be 40 calories. Honestly, even if I could have 25 M&Ms for 100 calories it wouldn't be worth it.
I could have 1/2 a yam or sweet potato and be much more satisfied.
