I miss the Peoplemover. Besides being a good way to see Tomorrowland (and sit down for awhile

), it also really added something visually to see its cars in constant motion up on the tracks. Plus it was fun to wave to people when it'd go through Star Traders and the Circlevision wait area when I was a kid. And the TRON tunnel...it scared me when I was tiny but I loved it as a teenager.
I also miss America Sings...it was always the last thing my family would do at the end of a day at
Disneyland. I like seeing the animal AAs from it in Splash Mountain, but it's not the same as watching them perform a show in a revolving theater. A revolving theater! It's now been 4 decades since it opened, and a revolving theater is STLL a "futuristic" concept. I sure wish they'd put something in there that really makes use of it; Innovations is a huge waste of space IMO.
It wasn't a ride, but I miss it alot: Tahitian Terrace. It was like an extension of the Tiki Room, a mini trip to the islands. The big waterfall's curtain of water would part and out would come the fire dancers and the hula dancers. When I finally got to go to the real Hawaii, I was kind of disappointed that none of the performers at the luau emerged from a curtain of water

. The food was something unique, too, at least for Disneyland. I still have one of the plastic orchids they'd garnish the fruit punch with. If the Tahitian Terrace were ever to be brought back, I'd be one of the first in line!
