That's a tough one (and mine constantly changes as restaurants change menu's, staff, and management so much): (in no particular order)

1. Jiko
2. Ohana's (but I wish they would make this a more fine dining kind of a place)
3. California Grill
4. Chefs de Fance

My fifth would be Wolf Gang Puck Express but it's not "technically" TS. I like a lot of the restaurants like Le Cellier, Tutto Italia, Crystal Palace, Olivia's, Tony's, and Sci Fi but not enough to make them a "favorite".

And I know you didn't ask but my least favorite 5 are:

3. Whispering Canyon Cafe

5. LTT (for dinner, lunch is great!)
