5/5/11 - Dream Sailing - Fish Extender Information

I've heard from everyone via email except dawsons and ashleysm23. I don't have an email for ashleysm23, but I have tried contacting her through the forum and PM. I have tried contacting dawsons through email, PM, and the forum. I haven't gotten a response. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a hold of them to know if they are participating? I realize this could have been spring break week for some families, so I am hopeful I hear from them tomorrow if they've been away from their computer.

HERE'S A POLL:
If we haven't heard from someone by Tuesday, March 29th, how do you want to proceed?
a - Move forward with the FE including them in the numbers. If they don't ever response, then we'll just have extra items.
b - Move forward with the FE but remove them from the numbers.
c - Other (if you select this, please let us know what your "other" idea is)


dawsons and ashleysm23, if either of you are reading this...I want to to participate...just trying to figure out how to move forward from here. Please contact me!

My suggestion is that we do letter A - move forward including them in the numbers in hopes they do response to us to participate.

We will go with whatever the majority says.

I'd vote for option A. Keep them included. Seems like a small group, so bringing enough isn't a huge obstacle for me. I can go with the majority on this though.

If we don't hear from them, this certainly wouldn't be your concern...you wouldn't be able to help it. I don't know what you are personalizing...but maybe you could say something like "Disney lover" or "Cruise Addict" or "Mickey Admirer"...you get the idea. I, too, am personalizing something so if they don't let us know, I'm going to have to come up with a generic saying. But with my gifts a generic saying would be okay. If you couldn't do a generic saying...then there is no way to make them one. I hope we hear from them soon!

I received a request from someone about joining the FE today. Unless someone participating in our fish exchange feels differently, I'm going to say no for the reason that I know of two families who have already had their gifts personalized and another family who has already completed all of their gifts. I know that I don't have enough to do any extra plus our gifts are also personalized. (They have four additional cabins in their party.) This is going to be my response (the request came to my PM) unless you all feel differently. We've had the thread posted since January and the cruise has been sold out...so there has been plenty of time to see this thread. I hope no one feels I'm being unreasonable. If so, please let me know if you want it changed. Thanks!

I have to agree with you Jennifer. I've already started on my personalization and don't have enough to add more people. But we can still welcome them to the cruise thread and wish them a wonderful wedding celebration!

I agree with all the previous posters and I speak also, on Leasy's behalf. We will soon be finished with our "goody" bags and do not have any extra quantities to assemble additional packages.

However, I hope that they will join us at the Dream "Meet Up" so that we can all begin our cruise together!
