Okay guys -- I finally finished reading all the posts from Today (too many). I am sorry I wasn't around sooner to answer any questions. S

Shelly -- I hope you understood my earlier message about the shirts. We will have the order form up soon (I hope) and then everyone can decide exactly what they want. It will be up to each person to fill out their order form with exactly what they want. I really think this will be better for everyone, especially me and Maria. This way we don't inadvertantly leave someone off. Once the orders are placed, then we are really out of luck on changing our minds or anything, so now is the good time to decide what is best for you and your families. The vendor will not take individual checks, but she will take Visa and Mastercard and Money ORders. I have a fax in my office, so the forms can be faxed or mailed to me (that info will be on the order form) and then I will forward them all to the vendor.

Now I must admit, I am probably one that has stressed a little more than I should about this. I just want to get it all finalized so that everyone knows exactly what they will be getting at what cost. Once we get the final designs to the vendor and she can get the exact costs, then we can get the order form up and everyone can start ordering. So, bear with me guys If I keep throwing stuff out at you all, just really appreciate everyone's input.

I especially appreciate Mark and Mary for their great designs and allowing us to post everything on their great website. I don't have that ability. I have good organizational skills, just no creativity. I also really appreciate Maria. I am sure we will have several more phone conversations before this is over. HOpefully, we can have this all finalized soon and everyone will be happy with the final product. If you are not happy, I will have a new name by cruise time (I got it, my new name will be "JustMeStace", because everyone hearts Stacey (just kidding)

No tax if you live outside of Texas, and if you order bags and shirts, they will be shipped together with no additional shipping charge.

I lost my original card and I have tried to replace it by memory. It doesn't really matter since we will have the order forms, however, I am not sure if we go over a certain number, if it might lower the cost by a little amount if we have more to divide the screen print and colors from.

I should have it by now and it didn't come today, so maybe on Tuesday when we get mail again. I am urging hubby to go, but he never has time to take off of work to go and do it. I told him he has to do it by Friday this week, so it has enough time to get back.

Well at least all of this talking to myself got me a top

I have only been fortunate enough to meet one person so far on this thread and that is Laura and it was so brief (mainly because we were traveling with extended family and everything was so hectic). However, I feel like I know so many of you. You guys have been wonderful and have been there when I needed extra prayers with my dad's sickness last fall and then again when Charley went into the hospital in January. I truly believe in the power of prayer and just knowing I had your support helped me get through some troubled times. So, thanks so much letting me share so much with all of you over the last 15 months. You guys really are a great support group and I look so forward to meeting all of you. Okay -- enough already

Shelly -- We are going to have to wait and see a little longer on the small child's shirts (size 6/8) if what we design will fit on the back of the t-shirt or not. You do not have to have the lettering on the back of the Polos. that is optional. Once we give the final design to the vendor, whe will see if it can fit on the small shirts. If we only have say 2 very small shirts, to shrink the logo to fit on the kids small shirts will have an additional cost of $20 because it would require a new screen.

The final order will be due on APril 15 (tax day) This will give the vendor time to have the order done by May 1 and ship out the first week of May.

When do you need the final order in? Let me know please!

Suggestion: Since there are only 2 smalls, why not print a computer graphic and resort to the iron on. That should be cheaper than the $20. per shirt.

Passport needs to go on TOP of list, please. We were lucky, Sam receved his in less than 4 weeks but it was a renewal. The main thread has stories about 2-3 months. You can $$$ more for fast service, it may be worth it...
