Sounds like Stacey and BBB had quite the adventure last night. I'm tired just reading though all of the information. Sounds waaaayy to confusing! Y'all be pros by the time it's our turn. Can you reserve ours when the time comes? For all your hard work, I'll even let you pay for them

3 basketball games today - Mike has a morning and an afternoon game, plus Maggie's. Just a bit of craziness during the overlapping afternoon games since John is in school. Then tonight is the Father/Daughter Girl Scout Sock Hop. Maggie is so excited! Mike and I are going to have a game night - his choice.
Cold front came in last night - mid 50s today.

Well, the linked reservation is going to be an issue for us as well. We have two rooms and the same issues as BBB with one adult and child in each room. Hopefully we will be able to "link" our Palo reservations correctly. If you have any "hints" on how to do this easily, pass that advice on. (By the way this is Scuba Mom. Jim is off to pick up supplies for going to the race this evening - its the Bud Shoot Out and an ARCA race)

Sharon I think you will be fine because both rooms are in the 90 day window. The problem with BBB was that one room was at 105 due to REAS and the other room was at 75 due to being a new cruiser.

We're looking at alternative COZ excursions in case the dolphins aren't back. We would like to do dolphins on our own, but since there is not a set date, thought it would be safer to go through DCL. DS wants to do the jeep tour. I'm a little skeptical, though. Anyone do this through DCL or on their own?

BBB.....we've never done the online booking, so I had the same questions you did. I guess I'll just muddle my way through it, and if it gets too frustrating, I'll do it the old fashioned way, and CALL!

I didn't know you could book online before our last and when I remembered to call they were booked for Palo's, we got on the ship early and headed strait to rockin bar D and we were the only ones there, got our booking without a hassle.

I need to remember to book this time.

Okay. I thought some of those on this cruise had probably cruised recently and did the online booking thing. I'm a bit confused because I can't find a way to "link" both reservations/staterooms for our family- so who knows how I'll be able to do the excursions and such. We're SUPPOSED to be able to do it in the morning (because of REAS)-we'll see! LOL

REAS is the Romance Escape At Sea package.
I'm on the phone with them right now- she's talking to her supervisor (just home for a bit in between basketball & cheering for the kids -games- today)... now she says they can't link them. Just book for him then call and they'll fix it. I already booked in Jeff's name everything- so now she's got me on hold. I guess she wasn't ready for that. LOL

She said this was like if one room the guests were CC members and the other wasn't. I said no, it's different... if we were CC members surely our 12 and under aged children would be too! I don't think it's fair that if you book REAS and you're all in one room (ie: either a family of 4 or less, or a family of 5 cramped in ONE stateroom) that you can book early for everyone- but penalized on that if you book REAS for a family that is in 2 staterooms.

anywho.. hopefully I can work this out but I really wish they'd just link the two rooms. If we had one room we'd all get to book the things with the REAS pkg.

Spoke to supervisor and she is wanting me to CANCEL anything I booked for Jeff that is really like only for myself (spa) or for both me and daughter (eldest dd- horseback riding tour) etc. and the others she'll "try" to add who we want to it... but she can't guarantee it and she has to wait until Monday to speak with coordinator about it and will contact me back? I'm scared to cancel my spa treatments. LOL The times were already limited with some missing on the at sea days I wanted to do those!

argh pain in the hiney.

I think I'll call my TA and see if they can do anything with Disney about this.
