OK..My 2 cents worth!! As a non-diver, I an kinda hoping we go to Grand Caymen..Stingray city sounds really neat!!! I can't believe they wouldn't offer diving there too!! No, I have never been to Cozumel before, but it sure sounds like a real mess with all the tendering problems!!

Not to worry. There is good diving in Grand Cayman too!! Still the tendering issue, but they are set up better for it as that is the standard there.

Mike - congratulations on your first TOP!

As for diving - call me silly but I think that wherever we go there will be diving available. After all it isn't like we are going to land-locked countries. We're getting there by ship. Now is the diving better in Cozumel than say Key West? Probably. But there will still be diving and to see.

Shelly, I hope you're not offended by our posts stressing moderation and go with the flow- I can't wait to meet you - from all your posts the past few weeks, I picture you as a bundle of contagous, enthusiastic energy, hoping to make this cruise a once-in-a-lifetime memory for your family. I keep seeing you more as Tigger - bouncing along -more than the Fairy Godmother, singing "Bibbidybobidyboo..." - I'm gonna need you around by the end of late seating dinner just to keep me from falling asleep - I'm not normally a night owl...

I, too would prefer Grand Cayman over Coz....We'll see what happens - but, then again a lounge chair on on the top deck or a a lounger in the rainforest sounds really good just about now without caring where we go...

Twenty times better in Cozumel than Key West. Actually Key Largo, Islamorda is pretty good. Don't get me started....

I was talking to our concierge, Julie, on the Norwegian cruise and she was saying how you had to be obsessive/compulsive to be a concierge. She was telling me about notes she had made for a trip to WDW with her parents. Then I told her about my laminated cards, and she said the same thing as you...."Girl, you've got me beat!". But everyone made so much fun of me for those cards, I'll never do it again.
Had to laugh earlier today. I was thinking back to Megan's wedding. I think that by the time we got on the ship, I wouldn't have cared where we went or what we did. I was so exhausted! I'd held up really well all along. We were seated for the wedding and when Megan came down the aisle, I began to sob. Those great big, heaving sobs.... and later, everyone was saying "Ohhhh, I be it's so hard to see your baby get married". Truth be told, those were tears of RELIEF! So glad all of the planning was finally over!

All this planning talk made me think about our first couple of trips to DW. Diana is the planner in that regard and had everything all planned out. It was fun, but a bit much. Frankly, I enjoy DW more these days with AP so we can just come and go, not worried about hitting all the rides or attractions. Just the ones we like the most. If those are crowded, we come back. Much more relaxed!!

Yeah, that's my dream, alrighty....diving with those two, the sharks and a knife. I'll pass.
Jordan is in the planning stages of packing.....can't start too early...only 3 months to go. Should Jay try to smuggle his shotgun??

I had booked and heard back from them, but they had the wrong date listed in the e-mail. I just got a confirmation e-mail from Ivan today with the correct date and his apologies. Are you doing the Mayan Experience or just the ruins tour? With BBB joining the Mayan Experience, we have our required 7-plus people.

We are doing the Mayan Experience, but do we need to let them know to link us up. It is May 30th correct? I need to veriy on Mary's page...

I just got done writing a check for 74 cents to the state for interest from last year's taxes due. They were supposed to take it out of our savings, but we didn't find out that it never happened until after the tax deadline. I was told that they wouldn't charge, but then got the $.74 bill in the mail!
