Monica...you are not making this tough decision any easier! I stayed up late last night, reading about Barbados and St Kitts. I know we would love them. There's just no way we can take the kids out of school. Maybe we should make this a MOMS ONLY cruise!

I can't drink diet soda. I get instantly sick if I have even a taste of artificial sweetener. My SIL sent me an e-mail about doctors warning about aspartame....making people sick, with symptoms similar to Fibromyalgia. My doctor told me that I couldn't drink it (not that I wanted to) when I was pregnant, too....said it wasn't good for people. That's my excuse, anyway.
Amanda....I'm one of those short, stubby-chubbies. I'm just glad I know everyone at Dairy Queen.....they don't make fun of me when I order my Blizzard. They might if I DID order a diet soda along with it, though! Actually, I never think twice when I see a Pooh-sized person ordering a diet soda......some people can't have the sugar, and some just like the taste better.

Diana, glad to hear the group made it back safely! We did a night snorkel once, it was very cool. Almost makes you want to go at night all the time.....just a little creepy, though.

I have some pics I'm going to want to e-mail to you and to Jim & Sharon.....and also one of us on Tower of Terror (has your hearing recovered??) to snail mail to you.
I'm so exhausted I don't know which end is up. I did unpack, finally....and everything is put away. Tomorrow I will tackle the mountain of laundry.

My dad called today to see if I want to come to Omaha in September. I almost cried at the thought of going anywhere again. But I asked him two questions 1. Do I have to bring the kids? 2. Is it cooler there? No, and yes.....so I just may go. My brother is being ordained and they want me to be there. I'm not going to comment. (LISA sneaking up on me)

I need to be chained up in a room somewhere. I can't decide if my brain is working too much, or not at all. But here's a question: If I booked the 11 night cruise, (or on any cruise for that matter) can you change the people that are going later? In other words, right now they have Jay and the kids and I. What if just Jay & I decided to go, or what if we did decide to do a girl's trip? Does DCL let you do that? How much do they charge for it? And, if they do charge...why? What's so tough about changing names on a reservation?

I have been looking all over e-Bay for an old Disney railroad cap for Jay. They don't sell them in the parks anymore, and I was unsuccessful (last Disney trip...not this time) at trying to bribe the conductor into giving me his.......any ideas on where else to look??

I DID inform Ray last night that as long as we are not actually moving ON Labor Day weekend that we are going to Epcot that Sunday for a mini-meet... like it or not!

Perfect - Now the Port Orange families can finally meet in total (in Orlando). By then the girls will have a month of school done and can compare teachers, friends,etc. Maybe I will bring Lisa over to watch one of the games Elizabeth cheers at (I am sure she will know some of the girls from her cheer days). When is her first home game? What division is she cheering for?

We debated about cancelling the double scoop cruise and book the 11 day wonder cruise... NAHHHH!!!!!!! think we are going to hang with the double scoopers and our plans.

Patty - glad to hear you are sticking with us! Can't wait to meet you at Epcot after your cruise and before ours! I know the next couple of weeks are going to be crazy so I'll say it now. Have a blast on the repo cruise! I think going through the canal will be an awesome experience.

we also did a bike tour on Barbados - beautiful country but, wouldn't recommend that bike tour ...

Lisa and I wouldn't recommend the bike trip in St Thomas either. It was tougher than we expected, especially for kids. Lisa is in good shape, but all of those hills were a bit much for her. Oh well, the swim at the end of the ride felt SOOOO good.

Oh how I would love to take an 11 day cruise. There is just no way for us. Son will be a junior in high school and I couldn't pull them out of school for so long. I would definitely love going on that itinerary though.

Oh well, need to get ready for church today. Hope everyone has a happy Sunday.
