HEy question please..since HP comes out on 07/16 can I pick it up at midnight on the 15th? we are leaving for our trip Friday but would like to have this for CJ to read on the trip....

Liftoff of Space Shuttle Discovery on NASA's Return to Flight Mission is scheduled for 3:51 p.m. EDT July 13.

Just say the time posted....Did not think they posted the time after 9/11...

Now must arrange schedule to be outside to see the launch. Depending on the cloud cover we can see the launch and rockets stage...Wow....goosebumps already.....

Ordered mine in a weak moment from Walden's but they are not open on Friday night. Wondering if I should check out B/N 'cause I have a sewing day set aside for Sat.....I have found a girlfriend who knows what she is doing and will help me with the

pattern......

Irene - OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!


A friend of mine just got back from the Diamond Princess Alaska cruise, rt out of Seattle. Patty has been on 14 cruises, DCL, RCI, Radisson and this was her 1st and last on Princess. She loved Alaska, the ports, excursions and the scenery but Princess left her cold. She said the ship was tacky in appearance. The food was very salty and unappealing and the shows/entertainment were terrible. Her stateroom attendent and dining servers were great and the bed was comfortable. The other cruisers were complaining about the Princess nickel and dime routine, charge for fancy coffee, ice cream, pastries, soda. She knows DCL recently added soda to be 'included', RCI has a soda package and on Radisson EVERYTHING is included, right Scubas!!!
Anyway, she would go back on a cruise BUT not on Princess. I keep asking her to sail HAL so she can give me her opinion. I'm sticking with DCL and RCI, for now.

We do have a 24 hour walmart..so I should be able to go in Thurs night and pick it up?? Wouldn't they order extras for doofy people like me who did not pre order?

Sue, I have a friend that loves RCL - she sorta hur-rufffed when I was so excited about DCL - thought I was taking kids. as if Hedgie doesn't count....but anyway, we do want to try Alaska and DVC sails with Holland American Line....anyone know of that?

I'm sure they've ordered additional copies for all those who didn't preorder - I'm sure you're not the only one...Barnes and Noble on-line delivery around the 16th must be pre-ordered by tonight at 11:59 EST - give Walmart a call, you might get lucky.
