Angie, you both look beautiful. I see sequins, you'd fit right in. It's pretty unusual to see anyone in expensive designer gowns on the Disney cruise, in fact, THAT would make you stick out! There was a lady on the Christmas cruise that would make a GRAND (very late) entrance at dinner every night, in huge foofie gowns. I think she had a theme going, she was trying to look like a Disney princess every night or something. Didn't really work for her, she was not in Disney princess age range.

Any way, I've seen a number of real little girls wearing Disney Princess dresses for formal nights, and it's adorable. The dress your daughter is wearing is very pretty!

Stacey, that Live from the Wonder thread got referenced on the dress code thread. You're getting famous.

It's short for Thomas Productions. Thomas is my last name. When I was about 10, my grandfather gave me his old 8mm film camera and I started making what I called "Thomas Productions". That was back before home video cameras.

Just in case you're interested, SopAndBass is my DW's username. This was originally our e-mail address together before I got my own. We both sing: She is a SOPrano and I am a Bass. Nowadays, she uses it herself and I have my own, but she never removed the "AndBass" part.

Our "Christmas Princess" was a hoot! Since she's from Las Vegas, I'm a little worried she may be on our Vegas RC cruise! Wouldn't THAT beat all?

Why in the devil would they reference the Live From the Wonder thread on the Dress Code thread?? Now I have to go look.

And then to lie about it on top of that. .........she said that they made "an exception" just for her...that they normally don't sound the horn in Nassau....B.S........AND...that the Captain personally called her room....yet another lie. Why does any of this bother me???
Because.....there are a lot of people who haven't cruised yet...and some who have....that will believe her stories. And that's just wrong. I am sick of trying to post a personal opinion (and in this case, one that was in favor of being nice and respectful to other cruisers) and then getting beat up for it. Some people just cannot handle any difference of opinion, and she is one of the worst.
Another thing she posted on there that isn't quite right...she said that they are expanding the spa...probably so that they can make more money. Wrong...they are expanding the excercise room to add more treadmills and such. Isn't that free???
