Everyone had a great time. Go for it.

Unfortunately, that's the same weekend as the Bristol race (that I already told Ray he could go to), and it's the start of football/cheer season... so it's probably a no-go. Pooooop.

Have a great weekend y'all!!!
Angie
Yep!! That would be US!!
Had to stop for some more Triple Sec, but I was there "right on time"!!

Then we went and had some dinner!!

Always one to admit when I am wrong (yeah, right)....I have to say that the concert was GREAT! Awesome group. They are headed to perform at the CMA awards on Tuesday in Las Vegas. Wish I'd known, I would have gotten tickets.
Jordan and Lindsay had a great time....royal treatment....front row seats, backstage passes. They were even involved in some onstage banter with the lead singer. Jay is certainly a hero with them tonight!!
Long story short, he helped the owner get set up for this concert tonight and got the girls their tickets for free. I was allowed in on my good looks alone......:rotfl:
So a fun night was had by all. We met some of the higher ups from KMLE 108....a local station....and my oh-so-shy Jordan tells the "head guy"......."Remember this face. Someday, I'll be famous" I wanted to die right then and there. Maybe we don't want the little ham in the Magic's talent show.

Good Night everyone....talk to you tomorrow!!

Oh....and while you all were having your margaritas, I tried something new. Framboise. Raspberry beer. Pretty good. Still not Banfi.

Stacey, sounds like you had a great time.

We went to the Daytona Cubs game. It was a perfect night for a game and it was Publix ice cream give away (Lisa took every coupon she could find. We are set on ice cream for a while). :flower:

It was also Bud Select Beer night. We had a great time until I went to get my free sample of beer and they ran out. No more free beer. Fortnately I had bought one early.

Then I did not win a free tee shirt. I was thinking that maybe they are going to deliver it to my house. I'll be watching my mailbox for a tee shirt. I know they wanted me to have one.

See how the night fell apart when they ran out of Select beer samples, but it gets worst. Someone decided they needed the radio out of my Jeep more than I did. It slides in and out of a security sleeve which they did not take so the radio won't do them any good. Hope they enjoy it.:confused3

While driving the jeep to work yesterday the radio hardly worked. I came up with the great idea of getting a new radio and speakers for Matt's next gift since it is his Jeep. Guess we will be doing that.

We like: Frozen in the blender
6oz of frozen Limeade (save the can for measurement)
6oz of Tequila
3oz of Triple Sec
ice to the top
mix it up and add 3-4oz of beer to right consistency, MMMMMmmmmmm!

Serve in Disney Vacation Club mugs   :drinking1
This sounds like it will go great at the Survivor party. This also might go well on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

Good morning Cruisers!
We sail in 54 weeks!

Woo Hoo! Another week closer to cruising!

How on earth did they run out of beer!!! (As you can see, the wholesaler for the east side of the county doesn't quite have their act together... that wouldn't have happened on my watch!!)... I'll see to it that a free t-shirt finds its way to your mailbox. Christopher also got us a healthy supply of free ice cream, and he managed to win the free round of golf at Daytona GC. At least you got your money's worth in terms of innings played... they ended up leaving at about 11, as Christopher just couldn't keep his 8 yr old eyes open any longer.

Sorry to hear about the jeep... that really stinks!

Nice night for the petty thieves as well as baseball! What a drag!!
Jeeps are so open, I'm sure that is a constant problem.

Does that mean we need a blender as well as a dive float??? :teeth: I think you're RIGHT!! :cheer2:

Was that a Lindemans Lambic?

Interesting stuff. Historically, the fruit and veggies were used prior to the discovery of hops for beer. Lambics are interesting drink, glad you enjoyed it!

A supermodel was vacationing in Louisiana. She wanted a pair of
alligator shoes, but would not pay the prices asked by local vendors.
Eventually, she told a merchant, "I'll just go out and catch my own
alligator!" Later, the shopkeeper spotted the supermodel standing waist
deep in the water, shotgun in hand. Just then, a nine-foot alligator
approached her. She killed the creature and hauled it to the bank.
Nearby were several more dead alligators, all on their backs. The
shopkeeper was amazed. The supermodel flipped the alligator over. She
shouted angrily, "Darn it, this one isn't wearing shoes either!"

The margaritas were good last night. Though I have some trouble sleeping after imbibing, guess I need to stop at one mug. More for you, hon!

And what are Matt and Alicia going to be doing while you guys are on the beach drinking margaritas and Banfi? I hope someone is keeping tabs! Sharon, maybe one of us needs to go after all.

I don't know, I never saw a label. It was delivered to me in a glass. It even looked like Banfi for a second or two.
The Coffee Company also includes a wine bar next door, so I told Dave that he needed to have Banfi. He told me he'd find it for me. I guaranteed him that his business would double if he had it! :teeth:

Turns out that today will be a bit of a "lazy day" for me. I almost don't know what to do with myself!!Jared's ball game was cancelled. So I'll go to the grocery store and stock up for these guys for while I am gone......and then do as little else as I can possibly get away with!!

Are you guys watching the repo thread on the main board. One of the DIS'ers has a camera phone and is transmitting pictures to a friend on land who is uploading them. You can feel the excitement. Hope they all have a great time and in a little over a year it will be our turn!

And we are also wondering about coolers and a grill. We might need a trailer to put the kids in.
