Thanks Kevin, I used to take tons of pictures back in the 35mm era...LOL... I was trying to catch some interesting pictures - need to work on keeping the camera level and such - but I'm overall happy with the pics as it was the first major trip using the D200. I shot in both jpeg and raw this time. I filled two 8gig cards.
The Sistine Chapel shots were tough as we weren't allowed tripods of any kind. I changed the ISO to 400 - but didn't want to get too grainy - the ones that are blurry were due to me not paying enough attention, getting bumped and running out of time. Even though it was a "private" tour - it was us and 200-300 or so of our closest
DCL friends.
I agree with the 10.5mm - I only have the 18-200 at the moment. I need to get the filters, but ran out of time before the trip. I plan on playing some with Photoshop once I get the chance....
